About All Aspects Maintenance & Remodeling TJ Lecker grew up on a dairy farm in northern Wisconsin, where he learned the value of hard work and the skills of building and remodeling. He has worked as a maintenance supervisor for a group of nursing homes and also installed and repaired heating and air condition systems. Paula worked in construction, manufacturing and plastering before she met TJ. Together, they started All Aspects Maintenance & Remodeling in 2005. Between them, they have more than 20 years of maintenance and repair experience.
